Resolute U was built because too many people feel behind with money — and most of them are trying to fix it quietly.
We believe financial education shouldn’t be isolating. It should be structured. It should be honest. And it shouldn't happen in isolation, we need community.
People learn faster when they realise they’re not the only one navigating it.
The Financial Fix gives young adults a shared starting point.
The Long Game gives mid-life adults a structured reset.
But Resolute U isn’t just about financial systems.
It’s about community.
Know your money.
Lead your life.
Founder | Financial Planner | Educator
Dan has spent over 15 years in banking and financial planning, working across business, private and retail sectors. His background is in accounting, and his career has been built on helping people create structure where there was confusion.
Dan saw too many capable people trying to figure money out alone — comparing themselves online, feeling behind, and quietly carrying stress they didn’t talk about.
Resolute U was built to change that.
His work focuses on:
Building clear financial structure
Teaching real-world money skills in plain English
Creating shared language and shared accountability
Bringing people into a room where they realise they’re not the only one
Through The Financial Fix, young adults build foundations together — cashflow, super, investing and property — without shame.
Through The Long Game, 40–55 year olds step back, recalibrate, and make deliberate capital allocation decisions — alongside others in the same life stage.
Dan believes financial confidence grows faster in community than in isolation.
Structure creates clarity.
Clarity builds confidence.
Community builds momentum.
Behaviour & Identity Work
Bec works on the human side of money.
Because knowledge alone doesn’t change behaviour.
She brings depth to conversations around:
Emotional spending patterns
Money identity and self-perception
Nervous system regulation
Breaking inherited money stories
Her role inside Resolute U is to make sure the work isn’t just intellectual — it’s integrated.
Together, Dan and Bec combine financial structure with behavioural awareness — inside a community that supports growth, not comparison.
